Not so much an 'Announcement' as its been public knowledge for a while, just making it a bit more official now.
Ben Morphett, the South’s No.1 trials rider and Top 10 in the British trials championship is riding for 54Sport!
Last year Ben finished 6th In the British championship (riding against world champ riders such as Dabill,Brown, Challoner and Wigg) and Is having another successful year in 2012.Currently sitting In 8th In the new highly competitive championship class, he was recently Invited to the North Berks Super trial and competed in the final round of the world championship finishing a very impressive 12th &15th over the weekend in the Junior class.
Ben will be representing 54sport and all its brands, but will primarily using the new Trial Power clothing (we're also trying to convince him to get an Onza and ride some proper trials, none of this cheating with an engine stuff!!)
Good luck for the rest of the year Ben!

It’s been a successful International Summer for 54Sport.
- Scott Wilson was competing In the World Biketrial championship In France, Spain and Italy. It was a bit of an end and down campaign resulting In a 10th,12th and 12th to give him 11th Place in the overall Elite Championship.
- Ben Morphett was competing in the Final round of the FIM World Trial Championship In Penrith. He had a great ride to finish 12th & 15th over the 2 days in the highly competitive junior category.
- Owen Gawthorpe took part in his first ever UCI World Trials Youth Games. After unluckily picking up a few time penalties he finished in a very good 13th place, one position behind qualifying for the finals.
- Congratulations also go to Charlie Rolls who became World Biketrial CHAMPION and Adam Morewood who was Bronze medallist in the UCI World Youth Games - both wearing Trial Power clothing!

54 Sport on the podium
2 weekends ago It was the opening round of the crowthorne club championship taking place at the brilliant Barrow Farm ( www.radicalbikes.co.uk). 54 Sport team rider/Owner Scott Wilson finished In second place In the Elite class, in what turned out to be a very low scoring trial where every mark lost counted. An unfortunate and unlucky 5 knocked scott off the top step of podium, however its still great a great result to open the year with, well done to winner Steve Rogers!

We are very very proud to announce that Owen Gawthorpe will be riding for 54Sport in 2012!!!
Owen Is one of the UK's top riders and Is already on the way to being a superstar in the future.
Currently dominating the youth category’s,Owen In 2011 was British Biketrial champion in the Minime class, British Trials Champion & British Trials Cup Winner In the Cadet class and Came 10th In the Biketrial world championship at his first attempt.
Not bad for someone who's been riding for less than 3 years!!
Last October 15 year old Owen Broke his ankle causing him to be unable to ride for months.......However that did not stop him one bit!
This year he has already won the opening round of the Tyketrial championship and the first round of the British trials cup!
In 2012 Owen plans to ride in the complete British cup series, British championship and will be riding the UCI world Youth games in France
We wish Owen the best of luck in 2012 and are looking forward to supporting him throughout the season and having him represent 54sport

Inpulse Bikes news
Inpulse have slowly been releasing details and pictures of their updated 2012 range, and It is all looking very good!
They have tweaked and improved their 2011 hubs for 2012 and have added a limited edition run of Black Forks.
Aswell as this they have introduced a completly new 116mm carbon rear hub, we can see this being very popular next year!
Inpulse have also added a new bike to their range-The Inpulse R20 Kids. Based around the R20, but with 20" wheels front and back, designed for the champions of the future!-

54 Sport had a great day at the Dare2B British championship last month. We had a great stand set up opposite the main sections which gathered a lot of interest. 54Sport/ Inpulse rider Scott Wilson Finished In 4th place in the Elite class while Andrei Burton riidng and Inpulse R26 finished in a great 2nd place!

We are very proud to annouce 2 new team riders! (If we had drums, they would get a drum roll-but we dont)
Welcome to the team Andrew McCabe and Kyle Livesey!
Andrew is from south wales and is currently living in trials heaven Bristol. He has been ridng for 7 years and was last years National cadet champion!
Kyle is from sunny Birmingham and has been riding for 6 years. Very well known on the uk street scene,currently making some great videos, Kyle has also just competed in the 4th round of the National championship- and won! Big well done to him
