Postage
All Items will be sent Standard Royal mail postage and aim to be with you within 3-5 days of your order. If any other form of postage is required ( next day special etc) please order via the contact form/email and specify this is what you require and we will try our best to work with whatever you need.
When Item's are described with FREE postage, this applies to Customers in the UK ONLY.
Warranty's
If you feel that there has been a mistake from our end with your item, for example - It is the wrong product/ there is visible damage when you first open your item/ there is a manufacturing fault with an item/you are unsatisfied with the Item - Please contact us directly and we can try and sort it out for you! All manufacturing faults will be passed on directly to the manufacturer and discussed with them and you to find a solution.
Please note that if we feel that you / a bike shop has fitted the product incorrectly/ it has been tampered with in any way/ it has been attempted to be repaired already or is 2nd hand - it is very doubtful we will provide any form of replacement
